What We Offer

Our 121 coaching is more than the conversation in the coaching session, you will have access to our Potential Hub where there will be access to our session notes, progress metrics, work sheets and also a space where I can share articles and weblinks to useful information with you and you can share information with me, should you want to.

The Potential Hub gives you tangible evidence of your amazing progress as well as insight to areas of struggle and what might be getting in your way.

We are here to gently hold accountability for your progress and success without you ever feeling overwhelmed, as well as maintaining your energy and enthusiasm.

We also provide discounted sessions and advice on completing access to work applications. Access to Work is a government programme aimed at supporting people to take up or remain in work. It can provide financial support for coaching. Please let us know if you would like assistance with this.

    • twelve 121 coaching sessions done typically once a week over 3 months, you commit to 4 sessions at a time, there is no obligation to complete the course

    • Cost is £520 a month (or per 4 sessions), the total cost for the package is £1,560. You can pay for 4 sessions at a time or you can receive a discount by making a one off payment of £1,326 for the package.

    • This package includes access to our Potential Hub where you can view session notes, worksheets and your progress metrics.

    • two 121 coaching sessions, one at week one, to set goals and agree a progression plan, and one at week eight as an overview and to close.

    • In between the coaching sessions there will be six weekly worksheets and/or feedback forms from client to coach with coach feedback and advice with each.

    • The cost is £520 split over two invoices. Or you can receive a discount by making a one off payment of £442 for the package.

    • This package includes access to our Potential Hub where you can view session notes, worksheets and feedback. 

    • All services included in 121 Package 1 plus weekly 15 minute catch up calls bookable by you as and when needed.

    • Cost is £650 a month (or per 4 sessions), the total for the package is £1,950. As with 121 Package 1, you can pay for 4 sessions at a time with no obligation to complete the full 12 sessions, or you can receive a discount by making a one off payment £1,657 for the full 12 session package.

    • The package includes access to the Potential Hub where you can access your session notes, worksheets and progress metrics.

Activate

We will work together to work out what you need to nurture your unique mind and talents and how to utilise these for maximum benefit, including using them to help combat your current struggles. We will also teach you how to recognise your needs and skills.

Empower

We work together to understand what you want to achieve both in the short and long term and find long term and realistic solutions to your areas of struggle. We will also collaborate and strategize about how you can reach your goals authentically and without burnout.
