What We Offer
Through 121 coaching with ADHD employees and their managers Awaken Potential helps give ADHDers the tools they need to understand their unique brain with strategies that actually work and not forcing or focusing on the tried and tested, but ultimately neurotypical strategies that don’t (bye bye time logs!), managers are also offered coaching so they understand why ADHDers need a different approach and how to get the best from their employee. These coaching sessions will be supported with progress metrics to assist with accountability and support the recognition of achievement. Consultation is also offered to HR and leadership teams to understand what support they could put in place that is big impact and often simple, inexpensive and beneficial for the wider team as well.

One 60-90 minute consultation with HR or leadership team (up to 10 attendees). The consultation will involve:
identifying where support is needed
Suggestions of meaningful support that can be given even where there is no or limited budget.
A summary of the extent of the employer’s responsibility regarding reasonable adjustments
A summary into the strengths of your ADHD employees.
Common indicators of those struggling with ADHD related issues
Common indicators of high functioning ADHDers and the support they don’t know they need
A handout of the issues discussed.
Guidance Article for employees explaining what ADHD is (and isn’t) with the aim of those who either have ADHD or believe they might, to either disclose their diagnosis or seek support from a place of psychological safety. Also includes advice for how others can better support their ADHD colleagues.

Twelve 60 minute sessions of 121 coaching for one member of staff with ADHD and four 60 minute 121 sessions for their manager to provide support in getting the best from the coached member of staff. This package provides access to our Potential Hub where all session notes, worksheets and progress metrics can be accessed.
Three ‘Name your hurdles’ sessions, lasting approximately 60 minutes each. These sessions are designed for staff to be able to openly discuss what they feel is holding them back in a psychologically safe environment. Assistance will be given to formulate sensible and workable solutions to communicate back to their manager.

Six 60 minute 121 coaching sessions specifically for senior associates, partners and managers with ADHD to focus on utilising the full strength of their ADHD gifts in the context of career progression. This includes access to our Potential Hub where sessions notes, worksheets and progress metrics can be accessed.

ADHD friendly guidance notes for clients, this is currently based on Family Law clients due to our professional background, but other client communications can be discussed. Family law guidance costs £200 and covers the following:
